"I have a bit of an inside track with this company, seeing how I worked for them for a few years. As well as for Tim Scott for many years. So, I can tell you they unfortunately don't always go this smoothly. But I called Clay when we had a back-up at our house. He told me he would try to get someone there by the end of the day. By the time I hung up the phone and checked the mail, Josh was coming down the street. Josh and Joe both did a great job! Ran the camera down and found the problem to be roots and paper, pulled out a softball size ball of roots and had us up and running in a couple hours. Josh already had my landlord's number in his phone and was able to call him for billing. We did have a slight mess in the basement, I had to clean up but that's due to the way the house is set-up and couldn't really be avoided. Now, I know they don't always all go this way. I don't normally give five stars, but with this job things just fell into place."
